S/he explains the importance of rules and norms on examples (legal, organizational, moral and ethical) in socio-economic life. In particular, s/he knows the most important concepts of ethics, normative and descriptive ethics e.t.c.

S/he can identify ethical problems in decisions of strategic importance. S/he is able to formulate ethical dilemmas in management.

S/he applies in practice the most important trends of ethics to evaluate phenomena taking place in organizations.

In particular, s/he can make a diagnosis a culture of responsibility and trust in the organization. S/he is ready to apply the business ethics methodology to do ethical diagnosis of the organization.

S/he is prepared to act as a promoter of business ethics in her/his environment.

S/he is ready to apply the principles of responsibility, ethical leadership in the organization and is capable of application of ethical decision making models.
